Unusual ideas are our specialty! Spring is coming, is getting warmer, so we decided to take care of the hot atmosphere in our office!
Spring is in the air, it`s getting warmer and the sun up in the cloudless sky is making us optimistic about the whole world. The grey and short days are slowly ending, and that`s why we got rid of the grayness! But with what do we associate the warm sun and cloudless sky?

Oke, but what does Mexico has to do with XSolve? As we were thinking, Asia came up with the answer: Cactuses guys, cactuses!
Because of the warm and dry climate in Mexico, most of the vegetation exist out of cactuses. Over the centuries they have well adapted to their surroundings and don`t need lots of care and that`s why we decided to start operation XS Cactus! The concept has evolved into the idea that every employee should get a cactus. As quick as the concept was thought of, as fast as the concept was executed. And suddenly there were cactuses throughout the company. And starting now, every one of us has the task of taking care of that armored little flower.
Suddenly I got the joke, I recently heard.
One cactus is talking to the other:
‘Do you speak the human language?’
‘Yeah, that`s an easy language! They always say Ouch!’
