We use an iterative, incremental framework for project management and agile software development - Scrum. It is one the most popular methodologies that greatly accelerates the implementation of cost-effective projects.
After each stage of implementation is finished the developers show their work to the customer during live presentation. This presentation may take place at the XSolve headquarters, at the client's office or online via WebEx technology.
We do performance tests to make sure that our application will continue to operate smoothly under heavy load. We inform our customers about the results of these tests.
We communicate with our customers through popular Basecamp platform that allows to carry on and track a number of discussions, monitor milestones, share files, etc. The platform is very intuitive and easy to use. Thanks to its good design you can gain quick access to the whole history of messages or files which makes it much more convenient to use than traditional email.
Weekly reports allow the customer to track progress and provide decision makers with an ideal tool to monitor work and provide clear information about all the required decisions.
We are in constant contact, we react and help our customers solve all the problems that we may face during the project. We are happy to discuss possible scenarios to develop an optimal compromise.
We document our work. All the project meetings, teleconferences or presentations are documented therefore we can always return to the issues we discussed.
