Spodek 2.0 - meeting of people interested in the IT industry

Spodek 2.0 is an informal, free and periodic meeting of people involved with the IT sector. Barcamp meetings certainly makes no clear distinction between presenting and listeners. The main purpose of such a meeting is to integrate IT-related, sharing knowledge and experiences, and gain new contacts.

Marcin Łuczyn from Trinity AdVenture conducted the first presentation, who introduced us to the means used to raise funds for the creation of own company.

Wojciech Apel from 3s.pl presented the structure and provision of fiber optic infrastructure to other companies and operators.

Next topic presented Michał Sztąberek, co-owner of consulting and training company iSecure. He talked about the most important issues of Internet Law of Personal Data Protection.

Presentation of Konrad Krupa, representative of company flotowo.pl, acquainted with the possibilities of cooperation with major auto dealers in Poland.

Lecture of Grzegorz Rusiecki approached about usability, how to improve the usefulness of low-budget projects.

We were most interested in the final presentation, carried out by Paul Tkaczyk, the president of advertising agency Midea. It concerned the interference with the Internet in creating brand. He presented us how the classic product life cycle can change it, using the car as an example. He also approached arise and work environments of “funboys”. The author interested a large part of the meeting participants, which caused an interesting discussion.

Thanks to the sponsors and organizers we could prepare for the most active participants of the meeting some presents. During questions after the presentation some gifts as books, pens and T-shirts were distributed (donated by koszulkowo.com).

The male part of the meeting was very pleased with beautiful hostesses spreading gifts. During the breaks the girls treated everyone with energy drinks.

One more cool news for all people interested in the IT industry! Organizers of Spodek 2.0 recommence a series of meetings that were previously known as lite.Spodek. Meetings were held irregularly, but from now on we will be seeing each other every month.
